The raw fruits are carefully handled, then they are washed, sorted, and then prepared so that only the best possible produce is utilized. Fruit juice, depending on the product needed, is pulped/juiced, and then sugar, pectin, and other approved ingredients are added to meet the product’s desired texture and taste. The appropriate consistency is achieved by a controlled heating and concentration process; food is also shown to have a long shelf life by pasteurization and food safety. The technology of TechQu provides homogenization of mixtures, maintaining the temperature within a stable range and preserving the aroma of the fruit, producing spreads that align with international quality standards.
