Our lines consist of high-grade stainless steel and stainless steel-designed plants that guarantee the safety of the products and meet the requirements of food and beverage manufacturing sets internationally. Tea with lots of flavor and color is pulled out by an automatic brewing apparatus, and progressive filtration makes sure that the tea is absolutely clear and clean. The blending units can be successfully combined, enabling exact mixing of sweeteners, flavors, and other ingredients, which results in a consistent and good-quality end product.
Pasteurization and temperature controls protect against microbial contamination and maintain the natural level of antioxidants available in tea. High-speed cooling technology freezes the flavor profile and locks out oxidation, which prolongs the shelf life without losing any of the decidedly good taste.
The iced tea processing facilities in TechQu can be expanded or reduced to fit the small-scale specialty manufacturer or large industrial beverage producer. Production is carried out in our plants with energy-efficient construction, lower consumption of water resources, and automated cleaning equipment (CIP), which leads to a more economical expenditure and the achievement of sustainability objectives.
