The almond milk processing plants we have built are made of food-grade stainless steel, which is durable and easy to clean, and this fact guarantees international hygiene and safety standards. On the one hand, the soaking and grinding equipment used are high performance, which helps to efficiently release flavor and nutrients within the almonds. Conversely, the advanced homogenization technology enables efficient extraction of nutrients without separation, resulting in a silky smooth emulsion.
The natural flavor is saved as well as the shelf life through temperature-controlled pasteurization that keeps the drink nutritionally intact. These systems have the option of adding flavors, fortifications, or sweeteners so they can produce original, vanilla, or chocolate almond milk or any other flavor of almond milk to satisfy the various demands of the market.
The filling and packaging solutions developed by TechQu work with bottles, cartons, and pouches; this allows keeping the product fresh and convenient to the consumer. Every plant is energy efficient and ecologically friendly in its operations with minimal usage of water and waste.
