The production process entails special equipment to clean, soak, grind, emulsify, homogenize, pasteurize, and package in order to strike the optimum between the taste, texture, and goodness. The natural flavor is saved as well as the shelf life through temperature-controlled pasteurization that keeps the drink nutritionally intact. These systems have the option of adding flavors, fortifications, or sweeteners so they can produce original, vanilla, or chocolate almond milk or any other flavor of almond milk to satisfy the various demands of the market.
