Coconuts are widely used and have a great variety of value-added production, like coconut water, coconut milk, coconut cream, desiccated coconut, virgin coconut oil, and beverages based on coconut. The processing would start with dehusking and deshelling of the coconuts, then cleaning before grading them in order to undertake the subsequent processing. Specialized systems extract, filter, pasteurize, homogenize, dry, or centrifuge depending on the end product in order to obtain consistent high quality without compromising the nutritional and functional properties of coconut.
TechQu also plans and constructs plants with food-grade stainless steel-based equipment, which is manufactured to the international standards of hygiene and safety.
