The two phases are mixed under high shear rates, homogenized, and vacuumed to create a stable emulsion with uniform droplet size and stability over an extended period of time. The TechQu emulsion plants are designed and produced in high-grade stainless steel with hygienic finishes, making themeasy to clean and service and hygienic and simple to maintain. Key features include Clean-in-Place systems and Sterilize-in-Place systems, which can be used together to ensure that processes are kept clean and that downtime is reduced to a minimum.
