Fruits Juice Plant
Overview
Fruit Juice Plant
This process starts with the Sugar Syrup Preparation in which a uniform and quality syrup is made by dissolving sugar in hot water. This syrup is filtered and chilled to serve as a sweetening base to different mixes of juices. This is essential towards getting the correct flavor profile and the final product stability.
During Beverage Blending and Pasteurization stage, the sugar syrup prepared is blended with fruit pulp, concentrates, and additives as also with treated water. The beverage blending system promotes homogeneous mix and accurate formulation of juice recipe. The mixture is then pasteurized-a regulated heat treatment process that destroys disease causing microorganisms but does not affect the nutrition and flavor of the juice. This makes the product safe to consume and it also increases the shelf life of the product.
Last but not least, the Filling and Packaging section is where the processed juice is filled into bottle or pouches by fully automatic machines. They are high-speed hygienically operating machines, which are capable of running a mix of packaging sizes and types. The juice is either hot or cold filled, capped, labeled and packed ready to be distributed all in a clean, funnel free, environment.
